Which means the next process we would get involved in is <br /> owner participation agreements (on the Lonestar site)... We might end up giving you three <br /> options or so, for you to then give us direction." <br /> Redevelopment Agency Director Church said, "One way to look at it would be that you <br /> pursued one process to the point of getting a developer interested, and us seeking your decision <br /> about getting authorization to negotiate with him. If you don't want to proceed with that, then <br /> it would be useful, for whatever reason, maybe you haven't reached consensus about what it is <br /> you do want, but you know you don't want the rental project to the scale they are proposing. It <br /> would be good to know that.
