Fourth Amendment to Redevelopment Project No.2, Draft Environmental Impact Report (402) <br /> Director Hartnett announced that he would not participate in the discussion nor the decision <br /> on this issue due to a conflict of interest. Director Hartnett left the meeting at this time. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 06-98RD <br /> REPORT: Executive Director Church, January 12, 1998 <br /> Director Church presented the Draft Environmental Impact Report on the Fourth Amendment <br /> to Redevelopment Project No.2. He said the Fourth Amendment would incorporate land along <br /> the 101 Corridor into the Redevelopment District, the remainder of the El Camino corridor that <br /> is not currently in the Redevelopment area, and one small enclave on Second and Spring Street. <br />- Director Church recommended that the Redevelopment Agency simply adopt a resolution <br /> receiving the Draft Environmental Impact Report, and authorize distribution of the report to the <br /> affected taxing agencies, the County and the School Districts, and anyone else who was <br /> interested in receiving it. <br /> Director Church stated that approval of the proposed Resolution would start the public review <br /> period for the ErR. He said the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the EIR, <br /> February 17, and if adopted, the document would come back to the Redevelopment Agency <br /> Board for certification sometime in March. Director Church explained that during the <br /> certification process the Redevelopment Agency Board Directors could discuss specific <br /> questions about details in the document. <br /> Chairperson Howard asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak to the issue. <br /> Daniella Devincenzi, 269 Ruby Street, San Carlos, representing the Redwood City-San Mateo <br /> County Chamber of Commerce, stated that the Chamber Board of Directors had voted on this <br /> issue and wholeheartedly endorsed the proposed Fourth Amendment.
