The soil has been tested far levels of hazaxdous waste (such a:lead) in compliance <br /> with state and federal solid waste laws. Bay Mud soils would be dried and Inixed to meet landfill <br /> disposal cxitexia. The Ox Mountain Landfill or anothex landfill ui the area�rould be able to accept <br /> the excavated sail from the proposed project area. (No Impact) <br /> g) Comply with federal, state, and local statutes and regulattor�rs telated to solid waste? <br /> The City would complp with all federal, state,and local solid waste regularions including Title 22 and <br /> 27 of the California Code o�Regularions,ACRA, and the HSWA.
