The only emissions during operation <br /> would be from the tesring of the err�exgency generator and maintenance of landscaping. The joint <br /> bicycle and pedestrian path under U5 101 would encourage use of a.lternative transportation sources <br /> and result in a net reduction in emissions of criteria pollutants in the area. <br /> Corasttuction Emissions. Construction emissions consist of the short-term emissions of <br /> criteria pollutants fxorn construcrion equipment,earthmoving,worker commutes,ar�d <br /> transpartahon of materials to and from the project site.
