The California seabitle has a lo�v potential to occur within <br /> the project axea. <br /> • Coasta.�marsh milk vetch(Astr��gulus pycnostachyu.c var.pychnosta�h��r�.r). The Coastal marsh <br /> milk vetch is listed as endangered on the CNPS inventory (1B2)• Na Coastal salt marsh <br /> milk vetch was observed during the site assessment,and there have been no docamented <br /> occurrences within or neax tlie project area. The patential for Coastal marsh milk vetch <br /> to occur within the project area is low. <br /> • Point Reyes bird's beak (Chlnrpyrnn r�aa�itisnus�a ssp. Palu.rtr�). The Point Reyes bird's beak is <br /> listed o�the CNPS inventory as endangered (1B.2). No Point Reyes bird's beak was <br /> o�served during the site assessment, and there have been no documented occurrences of <br /> Point Reyes bird's beak within or near the project area. However,suitable habitat <br /> surrounds the project area making the patential for Point Repes bird's beak to occur <br /> within the project area low. <br /> The site assessment conducted for the BRS found no evidence of any of these special status plants in <br /> the project area. <br /> MigratorvBirds._No migratory bi�ds or nests were found in the project axea during the site <br /> assessment. Howeve�,migratory bird species have the potenrial to occur in the project area. Four <br /> migratory birds were identified to have the potential to occur within the project area (��URECO, <br /> 2013}. These include the following: <br /> • American peregxine falcon (Falca peregrines anaturrl). The Aimerican peregrine falcon has <br /> been delisted from both the federal and state ESA. Howeve�, the American peregrine <br /> falcon is stil� fully-protected by the CDF'�'as a Bird of Conservation Concern (BCC). <br /> The American peregrine falcon has a low potential to occux due to potenrial foragang <br /> habitat in areas adjacent to the project area. <br /> ■ White-tailed kite (Elanu.r leaacurus). The white-tailed l�te is fi.illy-protected under the <br /> CDFW as Least Concem (LC). The white-tailed kite has a loa�potential to occur within <br /> the project atea due to the presence of foraging habitat in areas adjacent to the project <br /> ;ir�zi. <br /> • Tricolored blackbird (1�gelaiu.r tricodo�j. The trico�oxed blackbird is listed as a species of <br /> special concexn.
