However, the proposed project could potenrially uncover <br /> paleontological resources during ground disturbing construction and exca�•ation.The following <br /> mitigarion measures would be implemented to reduce potentiallp significant impacts to an� <br /> paleontologicai resources in the unlikely event such resources are encountered during pxoject <br /> constzuction. <br /> Mitigation Measure CULT 3: Stop Work if Buried Paleontological Deposits are <br /> Expased during Ground-Disturbing Construction <br /> If gtound-disturbing activities expose buried paleontological resources,work shall stop within <br /> a 50-foot radius of the find until a qualified paleontologist has idenrified and evaluated the <br /> significance of the find anci,if necessary,developed a Treatrnent P�an in consultarion with the <br /> City and Caltrans,i£found within the Caltrans right-of-way. <br /> With the implementation of these mitigation measures,the potential impacts to paleontological <br /> resources would be less than significant (Less than Significant Impact with Mitigation <br /> Incorporation) <br /> d)Distutb anyhumari temains,lncluding thase ttlterted outside offormal cemeteries? <br /> Construction activities would have a low to very low potential for disturbing human remains.
