Task 1.2—Project Schedule <br /> Prepare a detailed Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule using Microsoft Project after Notice to <br /> Proceed for the project. Update the schedule on a monthly basis. Also, prepare, update, and <br /> submit a Three-Week Horizon Schedule at the regular design coardination meetings (PDT <br /> Meetings). Prepare detailed project budget and update on a monthly basis. <br /> Task 1.3—Project Coordination <br /> Coordinate the planning and design effort with the project team and the following: <br /> • City of Redwood City <br /> • San Mateo County Transportation Authority(SMCTA) <br /> • City/County Association of Governments (GCAG) <br /> • Caltrans <br /> • FHWA <br /> • Port of Redwood City <br /> • San Mateo County <br /> • San Mateo County Flood Control District <br /> • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, California <br /> Department of Fish and Wildlife <br /> • Bay Conservation and Development Commission <br /> • California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> • Private Property Owners and developers <br /> • Utility Companies. <br /> Task 1.4—PDT Meetings <br /> Prepare for and attend meetings such as: <br /> • Project Development Team (PDT) meetings (21 PDT meetings are estimated, at <br /> Caltrans' Oakland office). CONSULTANT will arrange meetings, provide <br /> discussion material, and prepare minutes <br /> • Planning and design coordination meetings with members of the project team <br /> Task 1.5—Technical Meetings <br /> Following Notice To Proceed, CONSULTANT will conduct a Project Kick-Off ineeting with the <br /> CITY and project stakeholders.
