CONSULTANT work will be performed using the following software or converted to the following software: text documents will be MS Ward; drawings will be MicroStation CADD; estimates and tables will be Excel and project schedule will be MS Project. If files are converted,the conversions will be performed to the satisfaction of CITY's requirements. Assumptions This scope of services is limited by the following assumptions and as may be noted elsewhere. General ■ The CITY will be the lead agency for this contract with oversight by Caltrans and SMCTA. ■ PA/ED will be prepared in accordance with Caltrans procedures and standards. ■ All design work will conform to Caltrans standards, guidelines, manuals and policies in effect as of the date of the Notice to Proceed for the work. ■ All work will conform to applicable federal, state, and local codes and other regulatory requirements. Study Alternatives ■ The introduction of new study alternatives after environmental technical studies are complete is not included in the scope of services. ■ Airspace Study is not required. Project Limits ■ The project limits will be based on the limits shown on Figure 1 Site Map. Ma�ping ■ Aerial topographic mapping within the project limits described above will be prepared by CONSULTANT (Figure 1 Site Map). Topographic mapping outside of these limits is not included. Survev ■ All surveys will conform to the current CALTRANS Surveys Manual using 1983 NAD (Horizontal)and 1988 NAD(Vertical) datum.
