Assumptions-The following assumptions qualify the Scope of Work. <br /> • Consultant is not responsible for coordination with Native American groups or Native <br /> American monitoring. These functions are customary responsibilities of Caltrans. <br /> • Consultant is not responsible for attending meetings other than those enumerated in <br /> the Scope of Work. <br /> • Three days of boring and a maximum of nine boring locations are included in the <br /> Scope of Work. <br /> • No artifacts will be recovered that require curation. <br /> • Consultant will obtain the County drilling permit. City will obtain Caltrans <br /> Encroachment Permit. <br /> • Maximum of two samples will be radiocarbon dated. <br /> • Consultant will respond to one round of Redwood City comments and one round of <br /> Caltrans comments on deliverables. <br /> • Activities not included in the Scope of Work will be considered Additional Services and <br /> will not be conducted without advance authorization by City. <br /> Fee <br /> Compensation for the Scope of Work shall not exceed $39,021.00 and shali be billed as <br /> a separate line item in Consultant's future invoices.
