A typical way to obtain the <br /> knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> Experience: <br /> Five years of progressively responsible experience in all areas of <br /> human resources within the public sector, including, but not limited <br /> to recruitment and selection, employee relations, labor relations <br /> and negotiations, classification and compensation, worker's <br /> compensation and safety. At least three years of supervisory <br /> experience is required. <br /> Education: <br /> Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or <br /> university with major study in human resources management, <br /> business administration, or a related field.
