Grant Number: 2013-14-100 <br /> Grant Increase: $25,322 (Total budget increased from$278,925 to $304,24� <br /> Grant Period: July 1, 2013 -June 30, 2014 <br /> Grant Purpose: PE+ recess/lunch support contribution, additional financial <br /> need, and evaluation data entry support. <br /> Payment Schedule: First payment: $12,661, one-time payment provided upon <br /> approval of Amendment. <br /> Second payment: $12,661, added to the mid-year grant <br /> payment.
