Based upon the bids received, staff believes that the <br /> low bid of $466,47'1.39 is reasonable and recommends awarding the contract to G. <br /> Bortolotto & Company, Inc. <br /> Construction will begin in December 20'I 3 and conclude in January 20'14. Notification of <br /> the work will be mailed to area residents, property owners and business owners in <br /> November 20'13. Residents and businesses will receive an additional notice '14 days in <br /> advance of the start of work in their immediate area.
