9. The contractor shall construct the project in compliance with CAL-OSHA Safety <br /> Orders. <br /> 10.Damage to existing structure, facilities or other property caused by the contractor <br /> shall be restored to original condition or replaced at the contractor's expense, prior <br /> to final inspection and acceptance. <br /> 11.The contractor shall take appropriate steps to prevent airbone dust due to work <br /> under this contract. Contractor shall remove and dispose at his cost, dirt, debris, <br /> concrete, rebars, waste and rubbish from the work area and construction site. The <br /> site shall be cleaned thoroughly after construction. <br /> 12.Contractor shall complete the work within thirty (30) calendar days. <br /> 13.Contractor shall submit as-built or record drawing of the completed work. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> City shall pay to Contractor the amount of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Five <br /> ($9,735.00) computed in accordance with Contractor's accepted Proposal dated October <br /> 4, 2013.
