In the event that more than one flow meter faiis to provide usable data <br /> during a significant storm event (> 0.5 inches ofi rainfall in 24 hours), Consultant shall <br /> extend the mbnitoring period for up to two(2)weeks at no additional cost to the City. <br /> Deliverabie: Consultant shali provide the Gity with a Flow Monitoring Report (3 copies) <br /> containing site details and pictures; field installation and mainfenance sheets incfuding <br /> calibration data; depth-velocity scatter plots; 7-day plots of flow for each meter and <br /> rainfall for each rain gauge; and summary tabulation of daily average, minimum, and <br /> peak flow for each flow meter. Electronic files shall be submitted in Excel format <br /> containing depth, velocity, and flow rates for each meter and rainfall for each rain <br /> gauge in 15-minute intervals. Final report and data shaU be delivered within three (3) <br /> weeks of completion of flow monitoring. <br /> Consultant shall pertorm all the work in the best workmanlike manner, conforming to all <br /> applicable standards, specifications, codes, laws, and regulations. Consultant shall take all <br /> necessary safety precautions and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local <br /> regulations including those relevant to work in confined spaces. Consultant shall comply with all <br /> applicable traffic control requirements including those of the City or agency with jurisdiction over <br /> the meter sites. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> Consultant shall meet the scheduling requirements as described in the Scope of Work and the <br /> scheduling milestones as follow: <br /> Site Reconnaissance of inetering sites: November 15, 2013 <br /> Documentation of Field Reconnaissance: November 20, 2013 <br /> Approval of Sites by City(if changes are required): November 27, 2093 <br /> Meters and rain gauge installed and operating: December 4, 2013 <br /> First data batch reported to City: December 20, 2013 <br /> Meters Removed: February 4, 2014 <br /> Final Report: February 26, 2014 <br /> The removal of the flow meters and the submission of the final report may be delayed if the City <br /> extend the flow monitoring period. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> City shall pay the Consultant the following amount to install nine(9)flow monitoring meters and <br /> one (1) rain gauge for 60 days period and an option to extend the flow monitoring period to up to <br /> one month as follows: <br /> The Consultant shall be paid per percentage of work accomplished at the end of the month. <br /> A.
