EXHIBIT A <br /> Scope of Work("Services"): <br /> All required Services must be performed between Monday, December 23, 2013 and Sunday, January <br /> 12,2014. Any work or Services that are not finished or completed by the end of the aforementioned time <br /> frame will result in payment of liquidated damages from Contractor to City as outlined below. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Services to be completed by Contractor shall include materials and labor. <br /> Services to be performed: Contractor shall complete the renovation of the interior of the Sandpiper <br /> Community Center building, located at 797 Redwood Shores Parkway in Redwood City, CA, including <br /> but not limited to, the remodel of an entryway, large activity room, kitchen, and two office spaces, with <br /> required work including but not limited to activities including demolition, mechanical, electrical, <br /> plumbing,cabinetry, flooring and painting,as detailed below far a total amount of$59,386.00. <br /> City will provide the following materials,to be utilized or installed by Contractor: <br /> • Paint Materials <br /> • Vinyl Materials <br /> • Acoustical Sound Panels <br /> In addition,City will provide product and labor necessary for: <br /> • Dura-bond water proofing and post Dura-bond floor preparation. <br /> • Tackable Wall <br /> • Cabinets <br /> Remodel of Activity Room Shall Include Items Listed Below At Nos. 1-9: <br /> 1. Two(2) Classroom lavatories—see detail A on drawings provided at pre-bid walk <br /> a. New upper cabinetry <br /> i. 4'-6"wide by 4'-0"tall <br /> ii. Three(3)equal-sized cabinets <br /> iii. Adjustable height shelf <br /> iv. Solid ply construction <br /> v. Euro-hinges <br /> b. New lower cabinetry <br /> i. Three(3)cabinets in total,2'0"tall <br /> 1.
