We're submitting two proposals because the projects <br />are different in nature and scope. and wiii likely proceed on different schedules. The provisions of <br />Caiifornia's Architects Practice Act, Business ond Professions Code, require a signed engagement <br />document prior to performance of services. <br />We wiii provide our services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions proposed below. <br />SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY <br />Your goal is to occompiish: <br /> repiacement of existing floor finishes in the public area rooms, staff office and restrooms. <br /> repiacement of vinyl wall covering in the public corridor and teiephone I water fountain niche. <br /> Coiifornio Title 24 accessibility I ADA upgrade to existing non-complying restrooms. <br /> Caiifornio Title 24 accessibility I ADA upgrade to existing non-complying signage. <br /> Optionaiiy you'd iike to expiore repiacing carpet in two multi-purpose rooms. <br />Project Initialization <br />We wiii work with you to execute this engagement document or a City of Redwood City consulting <br />services agreement.
