Approval of the Minutes March 14, 2013 <br /> M/S: Eakin Hagan <br /> Motion Passed 3-0 <br /> 2. 28 Diller Street— Impacts of Demolition Report (Staff) <br /> Mr. Zack, Jeff Badstubner with Sequoia Realty, and Franklin Maggi of Archives & <br /> Architecture, LLC, gave a brief presentation on the background of the home and the <br /> proposed fulfillment of Mitigation Measures from the Downtown Precise Plan relating to <br /> the demolition of the structure. <br /> M/S: (Eakin/Hagan) To recommend to the Planning Commission approval of the Report <br /> Reviewing the Impacts of Demolition by Archives and Architecture, which was <br /> conducted in accordance with the Downtown Precise Plan. <br /> Motion passed 3-0 <br /> 3. Potential Landmark Designations <br /> a. 1052 Edgewood Road (Staff) <br /> After a brief introduction by Mr. Zack, Greg and Lucy Ballard (property owners <br /> of 1052 Edgewood Road) gave a brief summary on the background on the <br /> property and proposed that it be designated as a historic landmark. A letter was <br /> also distributed to members of the committee which outlined their rationale for <br /> this proposal. <br /> M/S: (Eakin/Hagan) Recommend that the Planning Commission adopt the <br /> findings of the Sheila McElroy report of August, 2012, namely that 1052 <br />
