We wish to take <br /> ad�antage of the preservation benefits offered ta a select number of eligible histaric <br /> properties in Redwood City. As one of the earlier stately residences in our <br /> neighborhood, our home was built in 1931 for a cost of$15,000 by Louis A. Behrens, the <br /> original owner and a prominent banker on the Peninsula. The home has been featured <br /> in a city brochure from the 1960s and is an excellent example of Redwood City's <br /> architectural history. <br /> 5#aff has infarmed me that 1 need to prepare a proposed list of improvements to be <br /> completed over the next ten years. Please find that �roposed list attached and I loak <br /> forward to reviewing the list and giving yo� a tour of the property at our special <br /> meeting.
