Approval of the Draft Minutes May 9, 2013 <br /> Moved to next regular HRAC meeting for approval. <br /> Approval of the Draft Minutes September 12, 2013 <br /> M/S (Eakin/Gernand) to approve the Draft Minutes of September 12, 2013 submitted as <br /> REVISED. <br /> Motion Passed 3-0 (Rhoads abstained) <br /> 3. 842 Edgewood Road —Landmark Designation <br /> Mr. Zack gave a brief presentation. He stated that the proposal is to give the home <br /> local landmark status, and noted that a DPR evaluation form was prepared by Sheila <br /> McElroy, Principal of CIRCA Historic Property Development. <br /> Ms. McElroy gave an overview of the property and her evaluation. The site visit was <br /> conducted in September, 2013. Only the exterior of the building was viewed for <br /> physical integrity. After describing her findings, she stated that this property meets <br /> Redwood City's criteria for designation as a Historic Resource under the Redwood City <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> M/S (Rhoads/Eakin) to recommend that the Planning Commission recommend the <br /> designation of the property located at 842 Edgewood Road as a Redwood City Historic <br /> Landmark. <br /> LEGAL22641265.1 <br />
