If Consultant fails fo maintain any of these <br /> ir�su�ance co�erages, ther� City will ha�e the option to declare Consultant in <br /> breach, or may purchase replacement insurance or �ay the premiums that are <br /> due an existing policies in order to maintain the required coverages. Consultant <br /> is responsible for any payments rnade by City to obtain or maintain insurance <br /> and City may collect these payments from Consultant or deduct the amount �aid <br /> from ar�y sums due Consultan� under t}�is Agreement. <br /> 11.5 5ubmission of Insurance Policies. City reser�es the right �o requir�, at <br /> anytime, complete a�d certified copies of any or all required insurance policies <br /> and endorsements. <br /> 11.6 Prima Covera e. For any elaims related to the Services and this <br /> Agreement, the Cor�sultant's insurance co�erage will be primary insurance with <br /> respect ta City, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees.
