Ownership Of Documents. All work produc# produced by Cor�s�ltant or its <br /> agents, employees, and s�abcontractors pursuant to this Agreement is the prope�ty of <br /> City. In the e�ent this Agreement is terminated, all work prod�ct produced by <br /> _ Consultant or its ager�ts, emplayees and subc.ontractors pursuant.to.this Agreernent will <br /> be deli�ered to City pursuant to the termination clause of this Agreement.
