4.1.E. - Page 2 <br /> evaluation, staff believed the additional costs were required in order to complete the <br /> work. <br /> City staff is working with the architect and contractor to determine appropriate fixes for <br /> the issues in the City Attorney's Office relating to HVAC noise exceeding standards and <br /> air vents installed in the corridor walls without noise privacy screening.
