Groundwater VOC and Fuel General Permit ORDER NO.R2-2012-0012 <br /> NPDES NO.CAG912002 <br /> (7) The annual reports shall cQntain tabular summary of the monitoring data obtained <br /> during the previous year. In addition,the annual reports shall contain a <br /> comprehensive discussion of the compliance record and the corrective actions taken <br /> or planned which may be needed to bring the Discharger into full compliance with <br /> the waste discharge requirements including any trigger study required by Special <br /> Provision VI.C.6 and the progress in satisfaction of Special Provisions VI.C.7 and <br /> VI.C.8 of this Order. The annual report shall document that the annual fee has been <br /> paid. <br /> (8) If, during any calendar quarter, a Discharger becomes aware that any monitoring data <br /> obtained for compliance with this Order may be invalid, the Discharger shall submit a <br /> claim of invalid monitoring data, as uploaded on GeoTracker, with a confirmation <br /> email to the Regional Water Board staff in charge of this permit,within 45 days after <br /> end of that calendar quarter. The Discharger shall include with this claim,the name, <br /> phone number, and email of its assigned staff to investigate the cause(s) of errors and <br /> the corrective actions taken, or date when actions will be completed to eliminate or <br /> reduce future data errors. The Discharger shall also provide, in this claim, a date that <br /> the O&M manual will be updated to include errors prevention measures. These <br /> preventive measures shall include but not be limited to accelerated monitoring (e.g., <br /> twice a month monitoring for at least one month) to provide valid monitoring data <br /> indicating the effectiveness of the proposed preventive measures. <br /> i. Additional Specifications for Submitting SMRs to CIWQS—If the Discharger submits <br /> SMRs to CIWQS, it shall submit analytical results and other information using one of the <br /> following methods: <br /> Table E-3.
