EXHIBIT A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Moin Street Dog Agility Park Project <br /> Landscape Architecture Services <br /> Project Description: <br /> The proposed dog park is located at an existing park on the corner of Main and <br /> Beech Streets. Currently, the park is a passive park; a lawn area with no <br /> playfields, playgrounds, tables, or other amenities. The proposed park will <br /> become a fenced dog park with features to accommodate dog activities, such <br /> as a watering station, leash hooks, and a play area with dog agility equipment <br /> and will include bio-swales or rain-gardens per the San Mateo County C.3 <br /> Stormwater Technical Guidance. The project also includes the use of Beech <br /> Street for adjacent seating and improvements to Main and Beech Streets right- <br /> of-ways. <br /> The scope of work includes modification of the approved concept plan, design <br /> development, construction documentation, construction administration and <br /> support, and the production of as-built drawings. <br /> Services: <br /> TASK A- Project Initiation and Concept Plan Revision Dog Agility Park <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Attend kick-off ineeting <br /> 2. 4btain topographic survey and verify site conditions <br /> 3. Initiate project coordination with City and sub-consultants <br /> 4. Refine concept plan -develop new concept plan based on the revised <br /> approved concept plan and revised budget of$250,000.00 for pog Park and <br /> $230,000.00 budget for right-of-way improvements to Main Street and Beech <br /> Street. <br /> 5. Prepare 24"x36" color rendering <br /> 6. Review cost estimate for the dog park and ROW at MIG offices <br /> Design elements shall include: <br /> a. Planting along sidewalk fence line <br /> b. 4' high fence around city parcel with two double-gated entry <br /> c. Trash and recycling enclosures <br /> d. Dumpster with trash enclosure <br /> e. Dog park information kiosk and leash rack <br /> f. Dog bag dispenser <br /> g. Decomposed granite dog play area <br /> h. Hedge at railroad fence <br /> i.
