9.A. - Page 3 <br /> Inner Harbor Schedule — January 2014 Status <br /> January 14, 2014 — Task Force Meeting #6 - Alternatives and Guiding Principles: The <br /> Task Force will consider plan alternatives for sea level rise, land use, and circulation <br /> scenarios in context with draft guiding principles. <br /> February 11, 2014 — Community Workshop: In consideration of Task Force Meeting #6 <br /> outcomes, a community -wide workshop will garner additional public input for the Task <br /> Force's consideration of plan alternatives. <br /> February 25, 2014 — Task Force Meeting #7 — Preferred Alternative: The Task Force <br /> will work to determine their preferred alternative plan for the Inner Harbor study area. <br /> March 2014 — Optional Task Force Meeting #8 — Preferred Alternative: This meeting is <br /> optional. Task force members have expressed concern that they may need more than <br /> one meeting to select and clearly define the preferred alternative plan. <br /> April 2014 — City Council /Planning Commission Joint Study Session: The consultant <br /> team will present a summary of the Task Force's work and will describe the preferred <br /> alternative plan. <br /> June 2014 — Draft Specific Plan: The draft specific plan will be made available for <br /> public review and will also be presented to the Task Force for discussion at a final Task <br /> Force meeting. <br /> August 2014 — Draft Environmental Impact Report: The draft EIR will be circulated. <br /> September — December 2014 — Public Hearings: Hearings will be held before the <br /> Planning Commission and City Council though plan adoption. <br />
