There aze three people on Broadway who use <br /> shopping carts while gathering items discazded by others. These items aze then <br /> redeemed. <br /> Mayor Howazd stated that K-Mart has a private retrieval service; K-Mart and <br /> Toys"R" Us want to work with the City. <br /> The motion was adopted unanimously by those present (Leipzig absent) by <br /> roll call vote. <br /> The City Manager told Council stafF inay use some part-time people to help; <br /> he will determine the approach.
