EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of work to be completed by Consultant represents a comprehensive <br /> department head level recruitment including completion of the following services: <br /> • Update ideal candidate profile in consultation with the client <br /> • Design and execute advertising campaign <br /> • Produce and distribute recruitment brochure �trad�t�or,ai&eieotro��o ma�i� <br /> • Conduct extensive personal outreach <br /> • Conduct screening interviews <br /> • Develop and deliver written report to client (highlighting the results of the <br /> recruitment and subsequent screening interviews) <br /> • Design and facilitate candidate interviews with the Client <br /> • Conduct background and reference checks (top candidate) <br /> • Assist client with final selection deliberations <br /> • Assist with negotiations and transition details <br /> PROFESSIONAL FEES <br /> The professional fee for the Finance Director recruitment will be $17,000 for completion <br /> of the Scope of Services listed above and on the Recruitment Schedule.
