Task 5-3 Prepare and Conduct Preconstruction Meeting <br /> Consultant's project manager, project engineer and lead tunneling subconsultant will jointly <br /> prepare and conduct the preconstruction meeting in advance of notice-to-proceed. Meeting is <br /> assumed to require three(3) hours, including travel. <br /> Task 5-4 Site Visits <br /> Consultant will conduct up to five (5) visits by members of the Project design team, with a <br /> duration of three (3) hourS per visit, including travel. This task includes up to four(4)full days of <br /> observation by the Consultant's tunneling design subconsultant at the initiation and launch of <br /> the tunneling operation. <br /> Task 5-5 Review of Submittals <br /> Consultant will review and respond to a maximum of 25 submittals. Consultant will provide <br /> written responses to the construction manager and/or Ci#y staff. <br /> Task $-6. Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) <br /> Consultant will prepare responses for a maximum of ten (10) RFIs from the contractor. <br /> Consultant will provide written recommendations to the construction rnanager and/or City staff. <br /> Task 5-7 Review Change Order (CO) Requests <br /> Consultant will review up to five (5) change order requests from the contractor to support City <br /> staff. Consultant will provide written recommendations to the construction manager and/or City <br /> staff. <br /> Task 5-8 Final lnspection Attendance and Punch List Generation <br /> Members of the Consultant design team will schedule final inspection with the contractor and <br /> attend a site review. Based on the findings of the final inspection, the Consultant staff will <br /> develop a punch list for completion by the contractor for th� project to be considered final. We <br /> will review completion of the elements on the punch list prior to recommending final completion <br /> to Redwood City. <br /> Task 5-9 Prepare Record Drawings <br /> Based on redlines of the drawings by the contractor, notes and input from City staff, and site <br /> reviews by Gonsultant staff, we will prepare electronic and hard copy record drawings for the <br /> Project. <br /> Task 5 Deliverabfes: <br /> • Submittals, RFI's, and Change Orders: Cansultant will provide the City with one PDF <br /> and one hard copy of each deliverable.
