2. Final application for 401 Water Quality Certification for submission to the RWQCB. <br /> Task 4. Coordinate 401 Water Quality Certification Approval Process. CONSULTANT will <br /> coordinate with the RWQCB, as necessary, during the 401 Water Quality Certification <br /> appiication process. CONSULTANT will respond to comments and questions as needed. <br /> Coordination tasks may also include meetings and a site visit with RWQCB staff. Client and/or <br /> designated representative wiil be invited to all meetings with RWQCB staff. CONSULTANT will <br /> coordinate all aspects of permit approva)with the client and/or designated representative prior <br /> to responding to the RWQCB. <br /> The deliverable items are as follows: <br /> 1. Conduct one (1)onsite site visit with RWQCB staff. <br /> 2. Phone calls, emails and written documentation requesting permit issuance status and to <br /> address questions or provide additional infarmation RWQCB staff may request during the 401 <br /> Water Quality Certificatian approval process. <br /> Task 5. Prepare CDFW Application for a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement. <br /> CONSULTANT will prepare the application for a LSAA from CDFW for impacts to stream courses <br /> proposed as part of the project. The appiication will be prepared pursuant to CDFW guidelines <br /> for submission. <br /> The deliverable items are as follows: <br /> 1. Draft 1602 LSAA for client review. <br /> 2. Final 1602 LSAA for submission to the CDFW. <br /> Task 6. Coordinate Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement. CONSULTANT will coordinate <br /> with the CDFW, as necessary, during the preparation of the permit application. CONSULTANT <br /> will coordinate all aspects of permit approval with the client and/or designated representative. <br /> The deliverable items are as follows: <br /> 1. Conduct one(1)onsite site vis'rt with CDFW staff. <br /> 2.
