The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are incorporated
herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety.
2. The Addendum was prepared in accordance with all legal requirements,
including CEQA Guidelines Section 15164.
3. The City Council has reviewed and considered the Addendum and other
information in the entire record and has considered the information contained therein,
including the written and oral comments received at the public hearing on the Project,
prior to acting upon or approving the Project.
4. Based on substantial evidence in the record, the proposed expansion of
the Recycled Water Service Area is within the scope of the previously adopted 2002
MND and associated addenda for the purposes of CEQA. The mitigation measures
associated with adoption of the 2002 MND address the environmental effects of the
Project.
5. As set forth in CEQA Guidelines Section 15162(a), there are no new
significant impacts nor any increase in the severity of previously identified impacts and
no new mitigation measures are required beyond those identified in the 2002 MND.
6. The documents and other materials that constitute the record of
proceedings upon which the City Council has based its decision are located in and may
be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City,
California. The City Clerk is the Custodian of Records for all matters before the City.
ATTY/RESO.2923/AMENDING RECYCLED WATER SERVICE AREA MAP
REV: 1-27-14 MLG
