7.2.D. - Page 12 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> TASK 1 — PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> This task provides the overall management of the project. <br /> • Project Coordination <br /> Consultant shall develop a Project Administration Plan (PAP) that will identify <br /> task leads and key personnel, a minimum number of internal team coordination <br /> meetings, regular communications with the City's PM and any additional project <br /> staff. The PAP will track budget and schedule, including milestones, and will be <br /> referred to in monthly progress reports via email. Updates to the plan will be <br /> made, as necessary, as part of the monthly progress reports. <br /> • Quality Control Reviews and Quality Assurance of Submittals <br /> Consultant shall implement quality control review procedures for all project <br /> deliverables. <br /> • Meetings <br /> Consultant shall facilitate and establish a schedule for conference calls or <br /> meetings to review project progress, discuss findings and any project issues or <br /> challenges, as well as preliminary results or analyses discussions. <br /> Consultant shall attend up to four meetings with City staff for coordination and <br /> review. These meetings are tentatively identified as below but may change as <br /> needed: <br /> D Project kick-off meeting - The purpose of this meeting is to establish <br /> the goals and objectives for the project and to identify the roles of City <br /> staff, the consulting team, and the other municipalities in the <br /> watershed. Consultant shall prepare an agenda that includes a <br /> summary of initial data needs and the project schedule. During the <br /> meeting, project milestones and critical paths will be discussed along <br /> with the municipal staff interview schedule and any necessary facility <br /> visits. <br /> D Meeting with the City and Agencies -The objective of this meeting is to <br /> present preliminary results of Task 2, the prioritized list of the <br /> potentially feasible retrofit sites. The desired outcome is to refine the <br /> selection of potential sites for inclusion in Task 3. <br /> D Meeting with the City and Agencies -The objective of this meeting is to <br /> review the conceptual level designs. The desired outcome is to obtain <br /> City and Agency review and agreement with concept designs. <br /> D Meeting with City and Agencies - The objective of this meeting is to <br /> discuss and incorporate comments by the City and Agencies to the <br /> REV:01-15-14 VR <br /> Page 10 of 16 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2014.008/Geosyntec Bayfront Watershed Plan <br />
