Consultant shall also compile planning level construction <br /> timelines, cost estimates for construction and operation and maintenance, and potential <br /> funding strategies. <br /> Task 3 Deliverable: Draft Technical Memorandum that will be reviewed by each <br /> municipality. Comments will be incorporated into the Watershed Improvement Plan <br /> developed in Task 4. <br /> TASK 4 — FINALIZED WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND PRESENTATION <br /> TO AGENCIES <br /> Consultant shall prepare a conceptual implementation plan that: <br /> • Summarizes the strategy used to select and prioritize locations for retrofit; <br /> • Recommends selected retrofit locations, specific treatment facilities for those <br /> locations, and planning level cost estimates for construction and operation and <br /> maintenance of the treatment facility; and <br /> • Formulates steps for implementation for each of the recommended Retrofit <br /> Projects. <br /> A draft WIP will be submitted to the City and other municipalities for review and <br /> comment.
