7.1.A. - Page 24 <br /> create a significant visual impact, the reservoir would represent a large new structure that would be <br /> potentially visible to surrounding land uses. Therefore, it is recommended that the reservoir be partially <br /> buried, if possible, to reduce its apparent height and visibility from surrounding land uses, as well as <br /> screened with landscaping. Similarly, the pump station would be housed within a structure to reduce its <br /> industrial appearance. The enclosure would be designed to be compatible with surrounding land uses, <br /> and would also receive landscape treatment. <br /> 2. AGRICULTURE RESOURCES.
