The Conflict of Interest Code was reviewed by the <br /> County Counsel. All feedback received was incorporated into the final agreement. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> Not approve and adopt the amended agreement reaffirming the City of Redwood City's <br /> membership in the San Mateo County Operational Area Emergency Services <br /> Organization, and direct staff to commence the process for terminating the original <br /> Agreement. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> The current (FY) 2013-14 operating budget includes funding for membership in the San <br /> Mateo County Operational Area Emergency Services Organization. <br />
