Motion carries 6-1 by electronic vote with Council Member Bain opposing <br /> modification to Condition 19. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 13-176 <br /> M/S Ira/Foust to deny the Save Laurel Way appeal modifying the Planning Commission <br /> approval. Motion carries unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 13-177 <br /> M/S Ira/Seybert to deny the Laurel Way Joint Ventures (applicant) appeal and modifying <br /> the Planning Commission approval. Motion carries unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 13-178 <br /> M/S SeybertJBain to have the resolutions formalizing the above mentioned actions, be <br /> submitted to the City Council again to certify that the resolutions are in congruence with <br /> the actions taken tonight. Motion carries unanimously by voice vote. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 13-179 <br /> One Council Member made a recommendation for staff to consider the character and <br /> the roadway to have more of a rural feel with more trees. Another Council Member <br /> supported this recommendation as well. There was consensus for this, and staff <br /> confirmed that the goal was to have the roadway have more of a rural feel on the <br /> aesthetic component. Council also acknowledged the work done by Mr. Lyon to handle <br /> a really tough matter. <br /> Council Member FoustJBain to extend the meeting to 11:35 p.m. Motion carries by <br /> unanimous roll call vote. Council made comments about the contributions of <br /> each of these community members.
