COUNCIL WORKSHOP (205) A. Mayor Howard welcomed everyone and described how the Council would discuss City issues and set priorities for the next year and beyond. Mayor Howard introduced the workshop's facilitator Cecil Reeves. B. Facilitator Reeves described the order of the workshop's agenda, and staff members introduced themselves.
