CONSENT CALENDAR - continued
Colleen Jordan, 84 Eddystone Court, asked for clarification on Item 3.B., revocation of a
revocable permit. Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director. Griffiths explained
that when the Greystone Homes people built the Stratford Bay development they had asked for
permission to maintain a ten foot landscaped buffer on vacant City land adjacent to their
property, and the City had granted a revocable permit for that purpose. He said that the
Sandpiper Park complex had now been completed on that open site and the ten foot buffer was
now a part of the Park land being maintained by the City. Director Griffiths advised that the
revocation of the permit would absolve Greystone Homes of any maintenance responsibilities.
(604)
MEMO 3/3/98
---------------------------------------------------------------______nnnnnn__n___-__--------------------------------
4.
