EXHIBIT "A°' SCOPE OF SERVICES Tasl� 1: Project Management Consultant shall provide the p�oject management and coordination necessary to execute the work. 1. Meetings Consultant shall prepare and facilitate a kick-off meeting and project Coordination Meetings prior to field surveys, prior to and after the hydrau[ic modeling (and prior to the alternatives development), and at the selection of the refined alternatives,at a minimum. Schedule: Kick-off meeting to be completed by February 6, 2014, Coordination Meetings to be completed throughout the project duration. Deliverable:Meeting Minutes 2, Prnjecfi QA jQC Contrc�ls Consultant shall track project budget via invoices that will show task budget, task budget used, task % complete, task budget % complete, and task budget remaining. The QA/QC Plan will be applied to all documents, reports, analyses, caiculations,field work,schedules,submittals, maps and specifications for the project(hereafter referred to as"work product"). Deliverable:C�►/QC Documentation in Database. Schedule: to be completed by February 6,2014 and updated throughout the project duration. 3. Project Progress Reports At the end of each month, Consultant shall prepare a budget/status report outlining the work items performed during the reporting period; the status of the project budget, schedule, and wark progress with respect to the project baseline; and a discussion of upcoming activities scF�eduled to occur in the subsequent work period. Deliverable:Monthly Progress Reports. Schedule: to be completed by the last day of each month. '�'ask 2: System Review and Research, Field Reconnaissance 1.
