Comments will be incorporated into the Watershed Improvement Plan <br /> developed in Task 4. <br /> TASK 4 — FINALIZED WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND PRESENTATION <br /> TO AGENCIES <br /> Consultar�t shall prepare a conceptual implementation plan tha#: <br /> ➢ Summarizes the strategy used to select and prioritize locations for retrofit; <br /> ➢ Recommends selected retrofit locations, specific treatment facilities for those <br /> locations, and planning level cost estimates for consfruction and operation and <br /> maintenance of the treatment facility; and <br /> ➢ Formulates steps for implementation for each of the recommended Retrofit <br /> Projects. <br /> A draft WIP will be submitted to the City and other municipalities for review and <br /> comment.
