land division proceedings with a tentative parcel map. <br /> If he elects to submit such preliminary design map he <br /> shall submit eight copies of the map and the required fees <br /> (see Section 30. 70) with such filing. The Planning <br /> Director shall , upon receipt of an acceptable preliminary <br /> design map and other documentation, transmit copies to the <br /> Plan Review Committee. Within fifteen (15) days after the <br /> Planning Director has received an acceptable preliminary <br /> design map, the Plan Review Committee shall review the map <br /> and make such general recommendations to the subdivider as <br /> it may deem appropriate. Within ten (10) working days , <br /> after such Committee meeting, the Planning Director shall <br /> transmit in writing a copy of such recommendations to the <br /> subdivider and other interested parties . <br /> "Section 30. 16 . Preparation of a Tentative Parcel Map. <br /> The subdivider shall cause a tentative parcel map to be <br /> prepared in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. <br /> Prior to preparation of said map , or concurrently therewith, <br /> the subdivider shall make application for an environmental <br /> review of the project as proposed on such map for compliance <br /> with Resolution No. 6882 , as amended . <br /> "Section 30. 17 .
