fees (see Section 30 . 70) for such review at the time of <br /> submittal of such map to the Planning Director . The <br /> following procedure shall be complied with : <br /> " (a) Content : If a preliminary design map is <br /> submitted , it shall contain such information deemed by <br /> the Planning Director to be necessary to describe the <br /> essential features of the property and the proposed uses <br /> and development thereof; <br /> " (b) Distribution to Plan Review Committee : The <br /> Planning Director shall , upon receipt of an acceptable <br /> preliminary design map and other documentation , transmit <br /> copies to the Plan Review Committee ; <br /> " (c) Plan Review Committee Conference : Within fifteen <br /> (15) working days after the Planning Director has received <br /> an acceptable preliminary design map , the Plan Review <br /> Committee shall review the map and make such general <br /> recommendations to the subdivider as it may deem appro- <br /> priate. Within ten (10) working days , after such Committee <br /> meeting, the Planning Director shall transmit in writing a <br /> copy of such recommendations to the subdivider and other <br /> interested parties . <br /> "Section 30. 15 . Parcel Map Processing - General. <br /> The subdivider shall consult with the Planning Director and <br /> shall obtain a check list of maps and other supporting <br /> documents required by City for adequate review of the <br /> proposed division of land . The subdivider may elect to <br /> prepare a preliminary design map and receive the recommenda- <br /> tions of the Plan Review Committee thereon , or may commence <br /> / 1 <br />
