Acceptance for Filing, Certification. <br /> The tentative parcel map shall be deemed ready for filing <br /> after an environmental review has been given to the project <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 6882 , as amended . <br /> A tentative parcel map will thereafter be deemed accepted <br /> as filed when the Planning Director finds that the map is <br /> complete and contains the information required on the check <br /> list and when the subdivider has supplied the required fees <br /> and additional prints of such map as determined to be necessary <br /> by the Planning Director. The Planning Director shall report <br /> to the subdivider on the completeness of the submitted map <br /> within thirty (30) days , and should the Director find that a <br /> resubmitted map does not meet the test of completeness , the <br /> Director shall have additional periods of not more than thirty <br /> (30) days for review until such map, as determined by the <br /> Planning Director, is in reasonable compliance with the <br /> provisions of this chapter as to form and content. The <br /> Planning Director shall certify such finding and record the <br /> date thereof. The Subdivision Committee shall have fifty (50) <br /> days from such certification to approve , disapprove , or <br /> conditionally approve the tentative parcel map and to report <br /> its action to the Subdivider. <br /> "Section 30. 19.
