tentative parcel map and any accompanying data to each <br /> member of the Subdivision Committee , and to any other agency <br /> he may deem to be affected by the proposed subdivision. <br /> The Planning Director shall also transmit such material to <br /> the Health Officer if (1) the subdivision includes public <br /> or private bodies of water for water contact sports , and if <br /> (2) the Health Officer ' s review of these features would <br /> protect the public and further the purposes of this chapter . <br /> "The Planning Director shall set a date for a hearing <br /> before the Subdivision Committee not more than fifteen (15) <br /> working days from receipt of the additional prints to be <br /> supplied by the subdivider pursuant to Section 30 . 18 , and <br /> shall notify the subdivider and any other agency to which <br /> prints have been transmitted of the date of such hearing. <br /> "Section 30. 20 . Agency Reports . In the event that an <br /> agency to which the tentative parcel map was referred <br /> submits a written report of its findings to the Planning <br /> Director at least three (3) working days prior to the <br /> scheduled date of the Subdivision Committee meeting , the <br /> Subdivision Committee shall consider the contents thereof . <br /> "If such reports are not received within the above <br /> mentioned time , the Subdivision Committee shall note such <br /> fact in its findings and recommendations. It shall be the <br /> responsibility of the subdivider to comply with the lawful <br /> requirements of such agencies regardless of whether or not <br /> a report has been submitted to the Subdivision Committee by <br /> such agency. <br /> 17 <br />
