sewer moratorium is established by theuncil, that <br /> portion of the eighteen (18) month period remaining at <br /> the time the moratorium was imposed shall be available <br /> to the subdivider operative on the date when such moratorium <br /> is terminated . If any time extensions are granted pursuant <br /> to the provisions of this chapter, the Subdivision Committee <br /> may require compliance with all requirements of the chapter <br /> or the Subdivision Map Act in effect at the time of such <br /> application for extension. <br /> "Section 30. 27 . Withdrawal of Tentative Parcel Map . <br /> Any subdivider or owner of the property may withdraw the <br /> tentative parcel map at any time up until three (3) working <br /> days before the map is scheduled to be considered by the <br /> Subdivision Committee submitting a written request therefor <br /> to the Planning Director. Upon receipt of such notice to <br /> withdraw the map, the Planning Director shall notify the <br /> Subdivision Committee and all persons and agencies who have <br /> previously received copies of said map for review and recommenda <br /> tion. Upon such notification, the tentative parcel map shall <br /> be deemed to have been officially withdrawn. No refund in <br />• filing fees for such withdrawn map shall be made . <br /> "Section 30 . 28 . Improvements Prior to Filing Parcel Mat. <br /> If the subdivider elects, or is required by the provisions of <br /> this chapter , to install subdivision improvements prior to <br /> filing a parcel map, but subsequent to approval or conditional <br /> approval of a tentative parcel map, the subdivider shall <br /> construct all such improvements in compliance with Section 30 . 86 <br /> and to the approval of the Director of Public Works .
