plans , specifications , and all related details to such <br /> construction shall be completed to the approval of the <br /> Director of Public Works . <br /> "Section 30 . 29 . Procedures for Processing Parcel Map . <br /> The following procedures shall be followed in the processing <br /> of a parcel map: <br /> " (a) Preparation : Within eighteen (18) months after <br /> approval or conditional approval of the tentative parcel <br /> map, the subdivider may cause a parcel map to be prepared <br /> in accordance with the conditions of approval of the tentative <br /> parcel map and in compliance with this chapter and the <br /> Subdivision Map Act. Said map , together with prescribed fees <br /> and deposits (see Sections 30 . 70 and 30 . 71) and a current <br /> title report, shall be filed with the Director of Public Works . <br /> " (b) Form and Content : Unless otherwise specified by <br /> • <br /> this chapter , the form and content of the parcel map shall be <br /> as set forth in the Subdivision Map Act . <br /> " (c) Parcel Map Submittal : At least fourteen (14) days <br /> prior to the expiration date for the approval of the parcel <br /> map, the subdivider shall submit four copies of the map for <br /> review to the Director of Public Works . <br /> " (d) Review of Parcel Map: The Director of Public Works <br /> shall review such map for compliance with the approved tenta- <br /> tive parcel map and the provisions of this chapter and of the <br /> Subdivision Map Act. The Director of Public Works shall <br /> within thirty (30) days report to the subdivider in writing <br /> what measures, if any, are necessary to bring the map into <br /> conformity with the approved or conditionally approved <br /> 'L L <br />
