tentative parcel map or with the aforementioned provisions . <br /> " (e) Recording: Upon making a finding that the parcel <br /> map is in conformity with the approved or conditionally <br /> approved tentative parcel map and that the tentative parcel <br /> map is mathematically and technically correct , the Director <br /> of Public Works shall so certify on such map, and shall <br /> transmit such map to the City Clerk for recordation. After <br /> such recordation, the Director of Public Works , at the <br /> subdivider' s expense, shall cause one set of reproducible <br /> polyester base tracings to be prepared for the files of the <br /> Department of Public Works. One set of prints from such <br /> s <br /> tracing/ shall be transmitted to the Planning Department. <br /> Two copies of any covenants , conditions and restrictions <br /> for the division of land , if any, which have been recorded , <br /> shall also be filed with the Department of Public Works . <br /> "Article III . Tentative Map <br /> "Section 30. 33 . Tentative Map Processing - General . <br /> The subdivider shall consult with the Planning Director and <br /> shall obtain a check list of maps and other supporting <br /> documents required by City for adequate review of the <br /> proposed division of land. If in the opinion of the Planning <br /> Director , the complexity of the proposed subdivision warrants <br /> the preparation of a preliminary design map, the subdivider <br /> shall file such preliminary design map and other information <br /> deemed by the Planning Director to be necessary to describe <br /> essential features of the property and the proposed uses and <br /> development. for -±t: The subdivider shall submit eight copies <br /> of the map and the required fees (see Section 30 .70 ) with <br /> Z3 <br />
