Within <br /> fifteen (15) working days after the Planning Director has <br /> received an acceptable preliminary design map , the Plan <br /> Review Committee shall review the map and make such general <br /> recommendations to the subdivider as it may deem appropriate . <br /> Within ten (10) working days, after such committee meeting, <br /> the Planning Director shall transmit in writing a copy of <br /> such recommendations to the subdivider and other interested <br /> parties . <br /> "Section 30. 34 . Preparation of Tentative Map . The <br /> subdivider shall cause a tentative map to be prepared in <br /> accordance with the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions <br /> of this chapter . Prior to preparation of said map , or con- <br /> currently therewith , the subdivider shall make application <br /> for an environmental review of the project as proposed on such <br /> map for compliance with Resolution No. 6882 , as amended . <br /> "Section 30. 35. Information Required . The tentative <br /> map shall contain or be accompanied by the following informa- <br /> tion: <br /> " (a) The tract name and number; date of preparation; <br /> north point and scale; <br /> " (b) Names , addresses and telephone numbers of the <br /> record owner; the subdivider; and the person who prepared <br /> the map.
