" (3) Location , size, and/or slope and approxi- <br /> mate elevations of sanitary sewers , storm <br /> drains , water facilities , fire hydrants , as <br /> well as all provisions for drainage , flood <br /> and erosion control (see Section 30 . 90) ; <br /> " (4) Profiles of street centerlines and other <br /> features , if required by the Director of <br /> Public Works. (All elevations shall be <br /> indicated to the nearest one-tenth of a <br /> foot and shall be referenced to elevations <br /> according to Redwood City datum. ) ; <br /> " (5) Typical cross sections of all streets , and <br /> when required by the Director of Public <br /> Works , detail of curbs , gutters , walks , <br /> trails , and other improvements drawn to <br /> scale and clearly showing all details <br /> thereof; <br /> " (6) Location, species and size of all proposed <br /> street trees and all other landscaping within <br /> public rights-of-way and easements ; <br /> " (m) Statement of the improvements proposed to be made <br /> or previously installed by private utilities or public agencies <br /> and a statement from such utilities or agencies as to the <br /> adequacy of such installations and the rights-of-way or ease- <br /> ments for the proposed improvements; <br /> " (n) Lot lines; approximate dimensions of all lots , includ- <br /> within approximately one percent accuracy <br /> ing the area of each to/tire -rte st --en sclz}arm- feet; block and <br /> lot numbers in consecutive sequence ; <br /> " (o) Accompanying reports : <br /> " (1) A preliminary title report from a title company <br /> providing the following : owners of record <br /> and all encumbrances including easements , <br /> reservations , restrictions , liens and covenants; <br /> " (2) Preliminary soils report and the report of an <br /> engineering geologist , if the location of the <br /> proposed subdivision is in the hillside areas <br /> southwesterly of the Alameda de las Pulgas . <br /> All other subdivisions shall comply with the <br /> soils and geologic provisions of Section 30 . 83 <br /> and Section 30 . 84; <br />
