" (3) Any proposed conditions , covenants and <br /> restrictions , if any, for the proposed <br /> development ; <br /> " (p) be -4ew4.eped in -un-its, �3esigna- <br /> Designation <br /> t-i-ern/of the proposed units , and the proposed sequence of <br /> ,if the subdivision is to be developed in units; <br /> construction;/ <br /> A <br /> " (q) P-rev4.-6e-a/blank three inch by six inch (minimum) <br /> space for the certificates , conditions and approval , and <br /> other similar items ; such space to be reserved on the title <br /> page; <br /> " (r) Such other information as may be required to fulfill <br /> the purposes of this chapter or the Subdivision Map Act in <br /> relation to the particular land to be subdivided . <br /> "Section 30 . 36 . Acceptance for Filing, Certification. <br /> The tentative map shall be deemed ready for filing after an <br /> environmental review has been given to the project pursuant <br /> to the provisions of Resolution No. 6882 , as amended . A <br /> tentative map will thereafter be deemed accepted as filed <br /> when the Planning Director finds that the map is complete <br /> and contains the information required on the check list and <br /> when ten copies of the map have been submitted with the <br /> required fees by the subdivider . The Planning Director shall <br /> report to the subdivider on the completeness of the submitted <br /> map within thirty (30) days . Should the Director find that <br /> a resubmitted map does not meet the test of completeness , <br /> the Planning Director shall have additional periods of not <br /> more than thirty (30) days for review until such map is <br /> in reasonable compliance with the provisions of this chapter <br /> as to form and content.
