The Planning <br /> Commission shall have fifty (50) days from such certification <br /> to approve, disapprove , or conditionally approve the tentative <br /> map and to report its action to the subdivider . <br /> "Section 30 . 37 . Distribution of Maps ; Setting Hearing <br /> Date. The Planning Director shall transmit one copy of the <br /> map and any accompanying data to each member of the Plan <br /> Review Committee, and to any other agency he may deem to be <br /> affected by the proposed subdivision. The Planning Director <br /> shall within ten (10) days of acceptance of the tentative map <br /> for filing send notice of such filing to the governing board <br /> of any elementary or high school district within the boundaries <br /> • of which the subdivision is proposed to be located in accord- <br /> ance with the provisions of Section 66455 . 7 of the Government <br /> Code.
